Class of 2008 Legacy Gift
By contributing to the Class Gift Program, you will create a lasting impression of class pride and commitment to the W. P. Carey School of Business. You will also enhance the value and prestige of your degree while maintaining professional and social relationships within the Graduate Alumni Community.
What is the 2008 Class Gift?
The Class Gift Program directly supports the Graduate Alumni Community website for one year. The Graduate Alumni Community exists to continue your connection to the school and your classmates. It is also your one-stop resource for all alumni needs. Should donations exceed the annual maintenance cost, residual funds will then support alumni-related activities, such as establishing regional alumni groups, sponsoring networking events on campus and nationwide, and assisting class reunions.
Contribution Levels
- $50* - Your name will be place on the contributors' page of the Graduate Alumni Community website.
- $150 – Your name will be placed on the sponsors' page of the Graduate Alumni Community website.
- $500 – Your name will be placed on the sponsors' page of the Graduate Alumni Community AND memorialized on a plaque to be displayed at the school.
If your employer offers a matching gift program, your contribution counts as double. For example, an individual donation of $75 would become $150, qualifying you at the second contribution level.

Competition between graduate programs
There will be a friendly competition between graduate business programs based upon the percentage of graduates who contribute to the Class Gift program. This will be tracked on the Alumni Community website and the winning group(s) will be recognized on the sponsors' page. Donations received prior to June 30, 2008 will qualify for the contest.
