This new facility can be tricky to find.  Neither Google Maps nor MapQuest pin down the exact location.  The link below provides the best location point, although the satellite photo is old and doesn't show the actual building.

 

The easiest directions would be to turn north onto 82nd Street from Bell Road.  The building is the 2nd one on the right after turning onto 82nd; you may turn into the driveway between the first and second buildings.  The MBA suite is located on the first floor.  Watch for signage to direct you in.
